RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If an item reaches you damaged please get in touch as soon as possible. We are happy to refund or exchange any damaged item providing it is returned within two weeks and is in its original packing in an unopened and unused condition. Please send a photo of the damaged item if this is relevant.
Please get in touch with anna@alamiskincare.co.uk quoting your name and order number so your query can be dealt with as soon as possible.

If you wish to cancel your order please do so before it has been dispatched. We are unable to cancel your order after this time. If you decide you still do not want the goods please return your item within 7 days, with a confirmation of return email. The goods must be in an unused and unopened condition so it can be resold. The buyer will pay for the return postage and a refund will be given once the item has been received by the seller.
